This is the Bruce to appreciate. Storytelling at his finest. Perfect album to just sit back and just enjoy. Great job Bruce!

Springsteen’s music has always been like an old high school friend you haven’t seen in years, but when you do it is like old times. I would say that this album is no different, but it is. Not since U2’s the Joshua Tree has an artist managed to conjure up a landscape through their music so brilliantly. The first time I listened to the album, I liked it. The second time, I really listened to it and it has since blown me away. Easily some of the best music I’ve heard in the last decade.

Don’t waste your money. Same as his last three albums.

This record is incredible. I waited to rate this one until I had 5 complete listens. I cannot get this album out of my head. I've been a Bruce fan since Born to Run came out. This one is deep and long. The poor reviews are no doubt to this record's unusual sound. The strings are tremendous.

If only for "There Goes my Miracle", this is an artist showing a new maturity and depth. That song alone had me bawling! I can't wait to see this made into a soundtrack to a great western movie.

It’s well produced and definitely has it moments. However, The use of the orchestra isn’t appealing to me.
